The City of Spruce Grove was very fortunate to engage Mark Mullaly in the development of its corporate planning program. Mark worked extensively with the City’s Leadership Team and City Council to create an integrated corporate planning process that unifies our long term strategic direction and drives all business and financial decisions for governance and administration. The program was eagerly adopted and utilized by the organization largely due to Mark’s ability to engage participants, guide change and implement robust and usable process.
