The Corporate Strategic Plan developed by Interthink has had a significant impact on our organization. This plan provides a modern vision to help set the course for the next twenty years. Working in partnership and member municipalities was critical to allow the plans to dovetail with one another. We have built a better understanding of our long-term direction but also an improved relationship with our member municipalities.
